Exterior Home Care Specialist (Power Washing & Exterior Cleaning)
Bright Box Pressure Washing is about more than cleaning homes — we exist to build leaders who serve our community well.
This is a hands-on, high-energy role where average performers earn $25–$35 per hour, plus tips and bonuses, with opportunities to earn more.
Work & Responsibilities
- Power washing & exterior house washing
- Window cleaning
- Gutter & downspout cleaning
- Concrete, driveway, and exterior surface cleaning
- You’ll finish each day seeing real, instant results from your work.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
- Physically active and reliable
- Coachable with a strong work ethic
- No experience required — we train the right people. Prior home service or athletic background is a plus
