Bright Box Pressure Washing

This Customer Contract (the “Contract”), by and between Bright Box Cleaning LLC and Client
(collectively, the “Parties”), is made effective the moment Client accepts Company’s proposal or estimate.

WHEREAS, Company wishes for Client to understand Company’s expectations in exchange for the services provided;

WHEREAS, Company provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services including
pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning, deck cleaning, and gutter cleaning;

WHEREAS, Client wishes for Company to perform the services at Client’s property under the terms of this Contract.

NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the Parties agree as follows:

  1. Acceptance of Terms.
    Client agrees that acceptance of an estimate constitutes acceptance of this Contract and authorizes Company
    to perform the specified work. Client holds Company harmless for damage not caused by negligence, including
    pre-existing conditions noted during inspection.
  2. Binding Agreement.
    This Contract constitutes the entire agreement and may not be modified unless in writing and signed by all parties.
  3. Authorizations.
    1. Client grants Company access to the property for service, pre-inspection, and post-inspection, with or without notice.
    2. Client agrees to provide access to a water source. Additional fees may apply if water must be transported.
    3. Company will not connect to Client’s electrical supply and is not liable for pre-existing spigot issues.
  4. Payment Terms.
    1. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Invoices over 10 days past due incur a 7% late fee.
    2. Net-30 accounts must remit payment within 30 days. Accounts over 60 days past due may be subject to legal action.
  5. Risks and Release of Liability.
    1. Company uses professional techniques, but damage may occur due to poor maintenance or inferior materials.
    2. Pre-existing damage will be documented. Services may pause if new damage is discovered.
    3. Company is not liable for pre-existing landscape or plant issues.
  6. House Wash Acknowledgment.
    1. Oxidation and blemishes may become more visible after cleaning.
    2. Site-unseen estimates may not reveal surface flaws.
    3. Weep hole runoff is normal and temporary.
    4. Basic window cleaning may leave spots; advanced cleaning is recommended.
  7. Gutter Guard Installation.
    • Material Warranty: 40-year manufacturer warranty.
    • Installation Warranty: 1-year workmanship warranty.
    • Pre-Installation Inspection: No liability for pre-existing defects.
    • Limitations: No liability for weather or natural wear.
  8. Roof Treatment Acknowledgment.
    1. Results vary based on roof condition and materials.
    2. Granular loss may become more visible after cleaning.
    3. Touch-Ups: Natural fading may take 6–8 weeks; re-treatment may be assessed if needed.
  9. Client Obligations on Date of Service.
    • Close all windows and doors
    • Secure pets and children
    • Remove outdoor furniture and vehicles
    • Provide a working water source with adequate pressure
  10. Exclusions and Non-Liability.
    • Oxidation, paint splatter, artillery fungus
    • Electrical outlet failures
    • Window fogging from failed seals
    • Vine remnants and paint fading
  11. Content Use & Release.
    Client grants Company permission to use photos or videos for marketing without compensation.
  12. Company’s Damages Liability.
    Company is liable only for damages caused by negligence and must be notified within two days.
  13. Severability.
    Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder of this Contract.
  14. Attorneys’ Fees.
    The prevailing party may recover reasonable legal fees.
  15. Forum Selection.
    Jurisdiction shall be Davidson County, Tennessee.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Contract is effective upon Client’s acceptance of Company’s proposal.
